DYNAMIC MODELING STUDY OF SUPERHEATER STEAM TEMPERATURE BASED ON PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS METHOD AND ONLINE DATA

Models of super-heater steam temperature were developed using on-line data to improve the conventional testing method and physical law methods. The operation data of 12 process variables that influence the super-heater steam temperature values had been studied using principal component analysis method, 2~3 principal components had been obtained and the contributions of the principal components, the T2 statistical quantity and the contributions of 12 process variables to the first principal component at the biggest T2 statistical quantity had been computed. The dominant factor was super-heater spray flow. Based on on-line data, the identifiability of closed-loop control system of super-heater steam temperature can be met and dynamic models of super-heater steam temperature were obtained in the disturbance of super-heater spray flow. Simulations show that the models can reflect the facts of super-heater steam temperature.
