Method of Conversion Coefficients of Heat/Steam Rates Method for Power Plant System Analysis

Two important parameters for power plant thermal system are obtained under the conditions of constant output. They are named as "conversion coefficients of heat rate, ξ i and of steam rate, k i" . The two parameters are calculated by using matrices to solve the equations,that is suitbale for computer treatment.The analytical method presented in this paper is precise enoughe to the industral requirments. A nation- made condensing unit with reheat N300-170(16.67)/537/537 is taken as an example to show the correctness of the method.
