Effectiveness evaluation of normalized health education for voluntary blood donors

Objective To estimate the function of normalized health education during voluntary blood donors work.Methods 30036 blood donors donated in 2001 were grouped into a health education team before intervention and received simple,limit,and wide health education.47891 donated in 2004 were grouped into a team after intervention and received normalized health education on blood donors.Compared and estimated each index,initiatively quit,delay in blood donation,and inappropriated crowd in these two teams.Results The test results including the number of voluntary donors,regular donators,the one donated blood volume 400 ml one time,fat blood,complaint in blood donation,initiative quite,delay in blood donation,and inappropriate crowd are superior to that of the team before education(P0.005). Conclusion Performance of normalized education on blood donors can effectively improve the healthy educational results and improve working quality on voluntary blood donors,ensuring heath of blood donator and safety of blood user.
