Survey on knowledge,attitudes and behaviors about AIDS among migrant adolescents in Guangxi Province

Objective To explore the status of knowledge,attitudes and behaviors on AIDS among migrant adolescents of both genders in Guangxi,take appropriate measures to improve their knowledge and ability of self protection to prevent AIDS from diffusing to common population.Methods The respondents filled out the pre-designed questionnaire with the trained investigators instructing.Results Both genders had low AIDS education level and had dread and discrimination towards AIDS.There was difference between males and females in knowledge,attitudes and behaviors.Conclusion AIDS prevention and control of migrants should be paid attention to.According to the difference between genders,appropriate education and service should be provided to avoid AIDS diffusion.
