Research Progress of Influenza Virus Detection Based on ELISA Technology

Influenza is a strong infectivity and fast-spreading respiratory infection caused by influenza virus.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) has the advantages of high sensitivity and simple operation.It has been favored by researchers in the fields of human medicine,veterinary medicine,food,chemistry and so on.To detect and understand flu more quickly,researchers have developed different ELISA techniques to detect influenza virus.This article mainly reviewed the research progress in the establishment of ELISA technology for influenza virus detection at home and abroad,and pointed out some problems existing in the practical application of ELISA technology,which was of great significance for future ELISA detection of influenza virus.The application prospect of this technology was analyzed and prospected.
