Research on RCCC Mechanism Function Generation by Using Numerical Atlas Method

The input-output function of the RCCC mechanism was studied by using Fourier series method.The relationship between the harmonic component of the input-output function and the dimensional type of the RCCC mechanism was discovered.The basic dimensional type was determined by finding out the dimensions of the mechanism which had effect on the harmonic component of the input-output function.The numerical Atlas database comprising fifty millions basic dimensional types were set up.Through setting up the numerical Atlas database and gave the concrete steps of function generator,made the function synthesis of RCCC mechanism be possible.Finally,an example was given to verify the feasibility and the validity of the approach.
