A clinical study of early rehabilitation on severe neurophathy patients

Objective:To establish an early rehabilitative process on severe neuropathy patients.Method:30ICU patients,male21,female9,aged23-89,were randomly collected,23cases(70.6%)had misawareness,12cases(40%)undergone mechanical ventilation and/or tracheotomied,16(53.3%)submitted to cranial operation,microsurgery or embolus dissolving.Among them4cases did not have early rehabilitation because of pupil changes,severe hypoximia and intractable high tracranial pressure.There were2patients had a3to6days delay in treatment.All the rest26patients received early rehabilitation.Result:8acute paralysis patients got marked improvment.6cases of acute parelized patients recovered quickly after embolus dissolving.The ADL score increased obviously.Conclusion:Rehabilitation doctors ought to play a role in acute paralysis and cranial injury.It is meanful to establish an early rehabilitation process.
