EFFECTS OF Es ON OTHR PROPAGATION

Li Yuhui (China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation)  
The general characteristics of Es is described in this paper.By the calculation of Es field strength of the reflection midpoint betweenXinxiang and Jiuquan,the influence of Es on the skywave OTH-B radaris discussed.
