THE RESEARCH IN MICRO/NANOMETER MOLYBDENUM NITRIDE POWDER PREPARED WITH HIGH-ENERGY MECHANOCHEMISTRY METHOD

Using the high-energy mechanochemistry ball mill of self-designing,the micro/nanoneter molybdenum nitride powder are prepared through the ball-mill reaction of molybdenum and ammonia.In the ball-mill process,the powder refining and nitriding reaction proceeded at the same time.After 30 hours of ball-mill,the synthetic ratio of molybdenum nitride powder is about 90%,and the average particle size is within 100nm.The composition mechanism of micro/nanometer molybdenum nitride powder is discussed and the mechanism model is given.
