【Objective】To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of electronic bronchoscope for the interventional treatment of lymph fistula type of bronchial tuberculosis.【Methods】43 cases of lymph fistula type of bronchial tuberculosis at Shandong Chest Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The bronchoscopic manifestations and the times, course, efficacy and complications after treatment with interventional bronchoscopy and chemotherapy were compared.【Results】43 cases of patients treated with tracheal endoscopic interventional, including male 22 cases, female 21 cases, mean age(28.5±12.7) years old, interventional treatment of median number was 5(3~18), average days of treatment(86.7±67.2) days. After the treatment the narrow lumen was improved to different degrees, endobronchial lesions were mostly absorbed, mucous membrane was smooth under bronchoscope, lumen was of patency,a small number of patients had mucosal scarring and pigmentation. No recurrence occurred in a long-term follow-up period.【Conclusion】Combination of cryotherapy and submucosal puncture injection of drugs through bronchoscope is a safe and effective method to treat lymph fistula type of bronchial tuberculosis.
