Examination design and optimization

The usually used methods for examination design and optimization are described in this paper. These methods include single factor rotates, orthogonal design, orthogonal polynomial regression, homogeneous design, simplex and artificial neural networks etc. The optimization results are evaluated synthetically and the select principles of experiment design method are introduced.
