Evaluation of Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Xinjiang Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Model

This paper selected the ratio of water development,the ratio of water utilization,per capita water resources,per capita water supply,the water supply modulus,the water demand modulus,the life water demand quota and the ratio of ecological water consumption, which greatly influenced the water resources carrying capacity in Xinjiang. The results showed that the comprehensive grades is 0. 3719,which means that the water resources carrying capacity in Xinjiang has already reached a certain scale,the potential for further exploitation is small. Xinjiang must develop moderately to protect its healthy development.
