Detection of the Gene Encoding Exotoxin A of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa by PCR Technique

Primers were designed according to the encoding gene of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A gene was detected by PCR technique.The 402 bp exotoxin A gene was amplified from Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The identity was 100% between cloned gene and published gene after sequencing.The sensitivity experiments showed that the 3 cfu/mL concentration of Pseudomonas aeruginosa would be detected.The encoding gene of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A could be specifically detected from Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus by the PCR detection technology.It is a specific,sensitive,quick and efficient way of detecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A gene by PCR technology.It provides a useful tool for the Pseudomonas aeruginosa diagnosis in microorganisms infection both in food and infection.
