Studies on the Extraction Technology of Flavone from Artemisiainegrifolia

In order to determine the technological parameter of extracted flavone from Artemisiainegrifolia by ultrasonic wave method and microwave method were studied with single factor’s and orthogonal experiments.The result is that the yield of flavone is 4.02% in the condition of 50% alcohol which volumn is 40 times to Artemisiainegrifolia,3 h in 90 ℃ water bath and treatment of ultrasonic wave for 50 min;Microwave method:The result showed that the yield of flavone is 3.02% in the condition of 70% alcohol which volumn is 15 times to Artemisiainegrifolia and treatment of microwave for 25 s.The conclusion is that cross-compare the technical condition and application of extraction of flavone from Artemisiainegrifolia,ultrasonic wave method has many strongpoints,such as simple,easier-operation,high-extraction and low-damage of solution.
