Studies on the common Fixators of Genus Caragana Fabr.

Zhang Xiufu (Institue of Desert Research, Academia Sinica)  
In this paper 12 common fixators of genus Caragana Fabr. have been studied comparatively. The study includes their distribution, habitats, and pollen morphology. Study confirmed the sibshisp of three species, D. intermedia Duanget H. C. Fu, C. microphylla Lam. and C. korshinskii Kom. C. hololeuca Bge. ex Kom. is the most original species, while the Caragana Fabr. , as Komarov had said, evolved from one original species. So the study of pollen morphology and distribution of this genus will contribute to sotve such prlblems, as the phylogeny and the centres of origination of the genus.
