Study on Synthetic Condition of Long After-glow Phosphor of Zinc Aluminate Doped With Eu Element

The ZnAl2O4:Eu2+ long after-glow phosphor powder has been prepared by the combustion method using ZnAc2,Al(NO3)3,and Eu(NO3)3 as reactant materials.The prepared conditions for molar ratio n(Eu)/n(Al),reaction time and reaction temperature have been researched.The preparation condition for ZnAl2O4:Eu2+ powder with best blue long after-glow fluorescence is: n(Eu)/n(Al) 1/25,the reaction time 30 min and reaction temperature 500~700 ℃.
