Research on Fabrication and Electrochemical Properties of Hierarchical Nanostructured NiCo_2O_4/Co_3O_4 Electrodes

Hierarchical nanostructured NiCo_2O_4/Co_3O_4 nanosheet arrays on nickel foam substrate was fabricated by a facile two-step solution-based method which involves in low-temperature solvothermal and hydrothermal process.The testing of electrochemical properties indicates that the electrode material of nanosheet array delivers a high area specific capacitance of 6.05 F·cm~(-2)at 2 mA·cm~(-2)with capacitivity of 93.8% after 1500 cycles and excellent rate capability with increasing current density from 2 to 20 mA·cm~(-2).The outstanding performances are mainly benefit from its mesoporous,high specific surface area and unique hierarchical nanostructure.
