一种分析检测食品风味物质的 新方法—固相微萃取法(SPME)

A new sample preparation and determination method,solid-phase microextraction(SPME),for food flavor and fragrance analytes was introduced.Compared to other conventional sample extraction techniques,its advantages were explained.Its device and process was shown.Its principle,sampling method and optimum extraction parameters were discussed in detail.Its future development was also described.
