The research summary of apple cider vinegar

The history and current situation of apple cider vinegar are both reviewed in this article.The function,mechanism of fermentation,flavor,brewing process,types and the research actuality of apple cider vinegar are summarized.The development trend,meaning,prospect of apple vinegar is discussed.To create effective and comprehensive utilization for apple,make full use of apple resources for fruit vinegar product development and production give the effective way.
