Apple cider vinegar polyphenol and flavonoid products in the content analysis of material

XIN Wei-ping(Bohai University,College of Chemistry and Chemical and Food Safety,Jinzhou 121000,China)  
This paper is made from semi-ripe apple cider vinegar,and polyphenols in apple vinegar and analyzed the contents of flavonoids,polyphenol content was 58.10 mg/dL,flavonoid content reached 56.80 mg/dL.
