Research Progress of Downstream Process of Fruit Vinegar

The downstream processing techniques have an important impact on the quality of fruit vinegar after fermentation.Summarize the downstream process,including clarification,sterilization,distribution and encapsulation.The latest progress and directions of the downstream processing techniques are introduced.The future developing trends of the downstream processing techniques are pointed out.
