Study of the early rehabilitation training for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after surgery

Objective To investigate the influence on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after surgery by the early rehabilitation training.Methods The clinical data of 138 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after surgery were collected in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2011,then patients were divided into the control group and observation group by using a random number table,patients in the control group were given the routine rehabilitation training,but patients in the observation group were given the early rehabilitation training,after four weeks ' rehabilitation training,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and follow-up 6 months,the incidence of postoperative remnant ache of lumbocrural pain after surgery was evaluated.Results Rehabilitation 4 weeks,the treatment of the total effective rate was 91.30% in observation group,and the treatment of the total effective rate was 78.26% in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05),and the residual lumbago,residual leg pain and recurrence rate in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation by early rehabilitation training is good for the short-term effective rate and the longterm effective rate,it is safe and reliable,it is worthy of applying for clinical.
