Objective To explore the clinical predictive value of BNP in judging the situation of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 125 patients with acute coronary syndrome from March 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the type of syndrome, all patients were divided into group Ⅰof 42 cases,Group Ⅱ of 43 cases and Group Ⅲ of 40 cases, and selected the other healthy people of 40 cases as control group. The level of plasma BNP concentration and ultrasonic Heartbeat graph examination were measured after admission. Results The level of plasma BNP concentration in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P0.05).The level of plasma BNP concentration in group Ⅰ was higher than that in group Ⅱ,with significant difference(P0.05).The level of plasma BNP concentration in group Ⅱ was higher than that in group Ⅲ,with significant difference(P0.05).The level of LVEF in group Ⅰand group Ⅱ was lower than that the normal level and in the control group, with significant difference(P0.05).The level of LVEF in group Ⅰ was lower than that group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,with significant difference(P0.05).The level of LVEF in group Ⅱ was higher than that in groupⅢ,with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The level of BNP can predict the prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome, different types of acute coronary syndrome patients with different levels of plasma BNP,which contribute to early diagnosis and prognosis judgment.
