Progress on preparation of lactosucrose by using corresponding enzyme

Lactosucrose is a new type of functional oligosaccharide,which is an effective factor for proliferation of Bifidobacterium.This paper introduces the domestic and international research status,product types,and safety of lactosucrose,with the focus on the preparation methods of lactosucrose by enzymatic conversion.This paper also outlined the "bottle neck" problems which restricts the lactosucrose development.
