Cereal Food Structure of Inhabitants in China and Its Expectation

Stressing cereal structure has been built for long time in China,which made profits to personal health in ancients and modern societies.It is becoming less in intake of cereal grains,but more in baked and fried food,additive used,monotone cereal food and fined food.The proper cereal grains food structure should follow three rules such as predominating,diversification and light taste.
