The Detection of Serum Antibody Against Hog Cholera, Porcine Parvovirus and the Foot_and_Mouth Disease on 44 Pig farmas of Six Province

The serum samples from 44 intensive pig farms of 6 province were teasted for antibodies to hog cholera, porcine parvovirus and foot_and_mouth disease. Among 754 Serum samples for hog chloera,only 55.84%checked sera antibody titers were ≥ 116 which were regarded as threshold of protective level. The antibody titers over the protective threshold in sows, growing pigs and piglets were 66.7%, 37.98% and 22.02%, respectively. Negative serum antibody against Hog Cholera in sows, growing pigs and piglets were 8.89%(32/441), 15.32% (21/137)and 33.3(36/109)respectively. By indirect Hemagglutination assay, the antibody in 310 serum samples against O type of the foot_and_mouth disease was detected. The antibody titer ≤164 or≥1128 were 78.39% or 21.61% respectively. The growing pigs, piglets and sows with immunization failure were 93.75%,92.59% and 62.42% respectively. With Hemagglutination_Inhibitation test, the antibody against porcine parvovirus(PPV)in 203 serum samples from 5 pig farms were also checked. All the pig farms were PPV positive. The positive rate of PPV antibody in sows, piglets and growing pigs were 90.65%, 73.33% and 60.78% respectively.
