Hodgkin's lymphoma with osseous lesion in children with 3 case report

Objective Hodgkin's lymphoma rarely presents as osseous lesion. We report three cases with bone involved Hodgkin Lymphoma in children to improve our realizeation. Methods Three cases reported and literature review. Results Three children were diagnosed Hodgkin iymphoma involved bone lesion with lymph nodes enlarged without surface lymphadenopathy, their vertebras were involved and associated vertebral tissue swelling. Conclusion Hodgkin lymphoma with osseous lesion is rare disorder in children, it's always been found with thorax involved and good prognosis after treatment. To avoid misdiagnose, it's important that pathological biopsy must be done as early as possible.
