OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and to investigate the effects of it on serum platelet P-selection and C-reactive protein(CRP).METHODS:100 ACS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group was given conventional therapy of aspirin, and treatment group was given clopidogrel combined with conventional therapy of aspirin. The clinical efficacy was observed after treatment for 6 months. Before treatment and after treatment the serum platelet P-selection and CRP levels were detected.RESULTS:The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.0%,and that of control group was 76.0%,there was significant difference(P0.05).After treatment, the serum platelet P-selection and CRP levels of treatment group decreased significantly, compared with before treatment and control group the difference was significant(P0.05);The serum platelet P-selection and CRP were positive correlation(r=0.571,P=0.001).CONCLUSION:The serum platelet P-selection and CRP play an important role in the occurrence and disease progression of ACS.The clopidogrel therapy for CAS has obvious curative effect and can inhibit platelet activation and inflammatory response.
