RESULTS CONCLUSIONS: Compared with before integration, irrational drug use of drug compatibility decreased year by year in our hospital after integration; antibiotic doctor’s advice had been rechecked automatically; capabilities monitoring by clinical pharmacists had been improved. The practicability of integration should be strengthened and improved so as to further improve medical quality of our hospital.
