Effect of Enzyme of Deoppilant Liver on Experimental Cholestasis in Rats

Qi Xinguang,Zhang Xiuyun, Yu Anmin ,et al(Dept.of infectious disease,The Second Affiliated Hospital)
Effect of enzyme of deoppilant liver by different routes and time on rats with acute intrahepatic cholestasis induced by α-naphthylisothiocyanate (ANIT)was evaluated in this study. Pathological changes of intrahepatic bile ducts and hepatocytes were observed under light and electron microscopes. Meanwhile total bilirubin,AKP and ALT in serum were detected. The results showed that enzyme of deoppilant liver could abate inflammatory proliferation, degeneration and necrosis of epithelial cells in bile ducts. It could also improve the cholestasis status induced by ANIT. and provided a potential evidence for using enzyme of deoppilant liver to treat patients with severe cholestasis hepatitis.
