Genetic Analysis of Easy Curing Potential in Flue-cured Tobacco with the Mixed Major-gene Plus Polygene Inheritance Model

The easy curing potential of 4 populations(P1,P2,F1 and F2 which were from the combination between flue-cured tobacco varieties P1 Yunyan85 and P2 Dabaijin599) was genetically analyzed with the mixed major-gene plus polygene inheritance model.The results showed that the easy curing potential could be controlled by the model E1(two major additive-domiant-epistatic genes plus additive-dominant polygene),and there were interactive effect between the two major-genes.The heritability of major-genes was 64.09%,and that of polygene was 6.59%,which indicated that F2 generation showed the higher inheritance effect of major-genes.
