ENVIRONMENT EFFECTS ON THE CYTOPLASMIC MALE-STERILITY OF RAPESEED(B.NAPUS AND B.CAMPESTRIS)

This article identified the sterility of four main types (Ogn, Pol, nap, Shan 2 A) of sterile cytoplasms of Brassica napus and cytoplas-mic male sterile line Aiou A of Brassica campestris in different light conditions ( 11 hour, 13 hour, 15 hour and natural sunlight ) and in different areas ( Wuchang, Kwenming ) .The results suggested that the sterility variation of cytoplasmic male sterility in rapeseed is depended on whether the temperature is high or low, and has no relation to the length of light.nap CMS' and Aiou A belong to high temperature sensitive types, PolCMS'and Shan 2 A CMS' sensitive conditions to temperature are determined by nuclei, OguCMS is not sensitive to temperature.
