Studies on Chemical Constituents of Duchesnea indica Focke

OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Duchesnea indica Focke.METHODS Multi-chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification.Structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidences and spectroscopic data analysis.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from Duchesnea indica Focke and identified as apigenin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),acacetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),kaempferol-3O-β-D-galactopyranoside(3),rutin(4),isoquercitrin(5) and hyperin(6).CONCLUSION All these compounds are isolated from Duchesnea indica Focke for the first time.
