Chemical constituents of essential oil from flowers of Lonicera japonica

The chemical constituents in the essential oil from dry flowers of Lonicera japonicaThunb.cv. tomentosa in Shandong province were analysed by GC/MS 59 constituents includingpalmitic acid,dihydrocarveol,methyl palmitic and tetracosanoic acid methyl ester were studied.The total content of the identified constituents in the essential oil was found to be 96.51%,Thepercentage of each constituents was given.
