THE EFFECT OF QUALITY OF METERIAL-STUFFING UNLINKED CUT ON SOME FRACTURE CHARACTERISTICS OF SPECIMEN

Xu Zhaoyong Shu Yanhua Bao Yifeng (Seismological Bureau of Yunnan Province)  
The effect of meterial-stuffing, epoxy resin and natural gouge, quality of which are perfectly different, on some fracture characteristics of rock specimen with unlinked cut was described. The results show that the compressive strength is larger, emerge of AE is earlier and amount of AE is much more and range of AE is wider; anomalys extent is larger and decline of strain amplitude is slower from the center of the rock specimen stuffed with epoxy resin than that of the rock specimen stuffed with natural gouge. And thus it can be judged that the quality of meterial-stuffing-fault and contact form of fault-surface may affect the extent and the size of seismic precursor anomalism.
