Influence of Feiliuping Ⅱ on Serum TxB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_(1α) in Lung Cancer Hosts

Objective:To investigate the regulation to serum TxB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1α of advanced lung cancer patients and C 57 BL/6J inbred mice implanted Lewis lung carcinoma,and to explain the therapeutic mechanism of the complex pres cription Feiliuping Ⅱ.Methods:In clinical studies,changes of TxB 2 and 6-keto-PGF1α on thirty advanced lung cancer patients having received Feiliuping Ⅱ for one month were evaluated by radioimmunoassay.In animal studies,fifty C 57 BL/6J inbred mice were divided into normal control group(20 mice),control group (10 mice),Feiliuping Ⅱ group(10 mice) and Aspirin group (10 mice).The serum TxB 2 and 6-keto-PGF1α levels,and tumor weight,spleen weight and thymus weight were evaluated after 21 days.Results:Feiliuping Ⅱ reduced the TxB 2/6-keto-PGF1α ratio,but the ratio was still higher than that in the normal control group.Feiliuping Ⅱ inhibited the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma and protected the thymus and the body weight of C 57 BL/6J inbred mice with the tumor.Conclusion:The regulation of TxB 2/6-keto-PGF1α ratio on lung cancer host by Feiliuping Ⅱ may be of help to prevent and treat malignant metastasis.
