Progress in Research of Formaldehyde Pollution Control Technology

The paper discusses the harm and source of the formaldehyde pollution.The principles and characteristics of the technology are analyzed in combination with the research results at home and abroad.In comparison with the applied range and technological advantages of the different technologies,the low temperature catalytic oxidation is considered so as to be better suited for indoor formaldehyde pollution and the research prospect is given.The research of the catalyst preparation and by-product generation should be strengthened based on activity of catalyst.
