The Survey of the Treatment Compliance in Diabetes Patients

diabetic patients have been surveyed with self developed questionnaire. The results showed:52.3% of the diabetic patients could go to the clinic regularly;84.1% of them could quit smoking and alcohol;43.2% of them could stick to reasanable food control;57.6% of them could carry out effective treatment according to prescription;35.6% of them could maintain proper exercise;59% of them could monitor blood and urine glucose by themselves.The main couses of patients uncompliance were due to the restriction of medical care,without obivous treatment goal and the complicated treatment procedures.We Suggest that the effective measure must be taken to strength the education of diabetic patients,to prevent complications and impvove the patients' condition.
