The effects of “Wechat teaching assistant” in Surgical Nursing teaching in a higher vocational college

This article mainly discussed the effects of "Wechat teaching assistant" platform applied in surgical nursing teaching in a higher vocational college. The platform function mainly included :uploading teaching resources to the platform for students previewing the materials;recording students' attendance rate by using the check-in function;knowing their knowledge level by question answering function,and solving problems by making use of the discussion function. Students believed that "Wechat teaching assistant" was benefical to improve their learning interest(189/200),communicate between teachers and students(190/200),review materials after class(185/200),make process evaluation(183/200),and share the learning resources(186/200). Besides,researchers made some suggestions according to the problems they identified during the use of "Wechat teaching assistants".
