The effects of “four department joints” on nursing moral education

Objective To evaluate the effects of "four department joint" on nursing moral education. Methods The department joint was made up by nursing department,youth league committee,federation of trade unions,Teaching hospital through joint nursing teaching and publicity department of the hospital. The four departments together conducted moral education to 100 nursing students who took part in the clinical practice from 2016 to2017. The moral course examination scores were compared between the students of 2016 to 2017 and students of2015 to 2016. Results Scores of students in 2016-2017 regarding the moral knowledge,moral belief,moral willing,moral emotion,and moral behaviors were significantly higher than those of students in 2015-2016(P0.05). Conclusion The "four department joint" nursing moral education can help to improve the moral level of nursing interns.
