Application of Flipping Classroom Combined Scaffolding Teaching Mode in Internal Nursing Teaching

Objective To explore the practical effects of applying the flipping classroom combined with the scaffolding teaching mode in the teaching of internal medicine nursing. Methods The 2016 undergraduate nursing students were selected as the study subjects. One class was the observation group and the second class was the control group. In the teaching method, the control group adopts the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group adopts the flipping classroom combined with the bracket teaching mode. Compare the scores of the two groups of students after the end of teaching and the ability to learn independently. Results The scores of the observation group students were(82.36±5.35), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.24±5.28). The difference between the groups was significant(P0.05). The self-learning ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between groups was significant(P0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching, the flip-table combined teaching model is an innovation that can effectively improve students' achievement and students' ability to learn independently.
