EFFECTS OF DIMETHYL SULFOXIDE ON DAN,RNA AND PROTEIN SYNTHESES OF HUMAN EPEDERMIS

In this experiment,human pseudoepidermis in vitro was used as a model in pharmatoxicological research. Westudied the effects of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)with different concentrations and different exposure duration onDNA,RNA and protein syntheses of human keratinocytes, respectively。The results showed that DNA,RNA andprotein syntheses were increased in low concentration(1%);DNA and protein syntheses were inhibited in 15%~50%of DMSO, but RNA synthesis still increased.In high concentrations70%~100%),DNA,RNA and proteinsyntheses were inhibited strongly。
