Nursing of incision infections after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical nursing methods for prevention of incision infections after laparoscopic cholecystectomy so as to provide bases for the nursing of postoperative incision infections and reduce the incidence of infections.METHODS A total of 28cases of patients who underwent the laparoscopic cholecystectomy from Mar 2010to Mar 2012were enrolled in the study,then the retrospective survey was conducted for the clinical nursing methods,including the psychological nursing,basic nursing,care of the incision and nutrition support.RESULTS Through the targeted clinical nursing methods,all the 28cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients with incision infections were rehabilitated and discharged,and the average hospitalization duration was(4.5±1.6) days.CONCLUSIONFor the clinical nursing of the patients with incision infections after the laparoscopic cholecystectomy,it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of medical history of the patients and intensify the psychological intervention,incision nursing,and nutrition support so as to improve the quality of nursing.
