Study on the Desorption of Aluminum Salts Modified Bentonite

the methods of neutral, acid, alkaline process to desorb silicon from aluminum salt modii ed bentonite after applied desorption were used for achieving the purpose of secondary use in orderand to make the modified bentonite recycled in the production. Comparing the effect of dif erent desorption methods, neutral method has little effect, but can remove the color of SiALMB, and the effect of acid treatment is limited, and the effect of alkaline method is optimal. the best desorption process was 2 g Si-ALMB added to 150 m L concentration of 2 mol·L-1 Na OH solution with temperature 80℃, 1000 rpm stirring speed and 20 min stirred and heated treatment. After treatment, desorption quantity can reach 112.11 mg·g-1, At this time the rate of desorption is 76.79%。
