Dynamic observation on IgG,its subclass and IgE in sera of mice by immunization with recombinant BCG-EmⅡ/3 vaccine of Echinococcus multilocularis

Objective To observe dynamically the changes of IgG,its subclass and IgE in sera of mice by immunization with recombinant BCG-EmⅡ/3 vaccine of Echinococcus multilocularis(Em).Methods BALB/c mice were intranasally vaccinated the vaccine and killed on 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 and 18 weeks of immunization respectively,sera were gathered from the eyeball to measure IgG,its subclass and IgE by routine ELISA,PBS served as control.Results In the groups of immunization,levels of IgG,IgG2a and IgG2b increased obviously on 2-18 weeks,reached the highest level on 10,4 and 4 weeks respectively;levels of IgG1 and IgE decreased remarkably on 2-18 weeks,came to the lowest level on 4 and 18 weeks respectively;levels of IgG3 rose obviously on 10-12 weeks,achieved the peak value on 12 weeks.Conclusion TH1 response is induced in mice by rBCG-EmⅡ/3 vaccine on early immunization.
