Study on Catalyst and Solvent in Preparation of 2-Butanone Oxime by Catalytic Ammoxidation

2-Butanone oxime was prepared by catalytic ammoxidation using 2-butanone as material, TS-1 as catalyst.The synthesizing process of catalytic ammoxideation and the factor affecting the result of the reaction, especially on recycle of the catalyst and selection of solvent were studied.Experiment showed:by recycling 3~4 times, reaction activity didn't reduce while letting catalyst avoid air or using calcination before recycling.For the purpose of industrial production, excessive butanone was used as solvent, in this case product's selectivity decreased significantly.
