Some Opinions on Cultural Advancement

Culture is a wide but indistinct concept. This article will go further into the historicity, creativeness and variety of the advanced culture in terms of the basic definition that "Culture is a kind of civilization" and at the same time it will illustrate that the advanced culture is not completely in proportion to the material base nor is it completely more advanced from generation to generation. To creat advanced culture, both the inner and outer parts of freedom are needed.\;
