Study on the treatment of severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by the operation with integrative needle and drill

Objective To observe the curative effect of severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by micro-puncture operation with integrative needle and drill. Methods 40 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with micro-puncture operation of integrative needle and drill, and were given early systematic rehabilitation at the same time. 40 patients in control group received routine treatment. Result The short-term cure rate and the long-term recovery rates in micro-puncture group were statistically higher than those in the control group(P0.01);The short-term mortality and the long-term disability rate in micro-puncture group were obviously less than those in the control group(P0.01). Conclusions Treatment of micro-puncture operation with integrative needle and drill for severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is an effective and safe method, which is superior to routine therapy.
