An Empirical Study of the Psychological Contract of College Personnel Agency Staff

This empirical study of the psychological contract of college personnel agency staff tries to probe into the ways of personnel agency staff management and the incentives to their performance at work from a new perspective.Based on the results of our questionnaire survey and interviews,this paper points out that university should help to produce a favorable psychological contract by following a principle of human-orientation,fairness and justice,and co-development,and introducing strategies such as setting common desires,building mutual trust,exercising attribution management,establishing a fair salary system,laying emphasis on flexible management,creating a refined organizational culture and showing solicitude for the career development and value realization of the staff.
