Dynamic optimization design on large diameter fresnel lens mold ultra - precision machining machine bed

This paper,based on the theory and method of cell structure,using the finite element software,carried modal analysis on the machine muscle cell unit,and summarized the influence law of the tendons lattice structure and parameters on the natural frequency.Through the structural improvements and parameter optimization,improve the natural frequency of tendons lattice unit and enhance the vibration resistance of machine bed.
